Preparation To make Pumpkin Kheer
1. Chop the pumpkin to roughly 1 inch pieces. Take one cups of such pieces (roughly 5-6 pieces) and grate them in to small pieces.
2. Take a Kadai and add a teaspoon of ghee or oil.
3. Add grated pumpkin in a Kadai and Fry them until it turn into golden brown color.
4. Add Half bowl Sugar and Keep stirring for 4-5 mins.
5. Add 3 bowl Milk and cardamom powder for a taste.
6. Garnish with the Dry fruits like Badam, Pista etc.
