How to make the Paratha dough?

In a large bowl, mix 1 Gloss of flour, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon turmeric Powder, 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder, 1 teaspoon chopped Garlic and Ginger, 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi, 1 bowl curd and Salt as per taste . Slowly add water, little bit at a time, mixing with your hands until soft dough forms. Keep aside for 20 mins.

Take one piece of dough ball and deep it in the dry flour. Place the roll on rolling area and with the help of rolling pin make round shape like Roti.

Apply the ghee on whole Paratha and fold it in 3 parts. Then roll the square to make Square Paratha.

Transfer paratha on the Tava and Apply ghee on both the side. Fry on high flame on other side as well by pressing down with Spatula.
