Wheat Flour Snacks Recipe | Roti Potato Cutlets | Evening Snacks
Ingredient :
- 2-3 cups of Wheat flour
- 1 cup of water
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 4-5 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli
- 1 teaspoon termaric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Salt for taste
1st Step : How to Make Dough
- Take 2-3 cups of wheat flour
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon oil
- Knead the dough by hand for a good 10-15 minutes
- Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for at least 20-30 minutes.
2nd Step : How to make Stuffing
- Heat oil in a Kadai over medium flame.
- Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds; when they start to crackle
- Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin-coriander powder, salt saute for 30-40 seconds.
- Mix it well.
- Add boiled potatoes and smash them very well
- Mix all ingredient well until smashed potato are evenly coated with Masala.
- Turn off the flame. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Last Step :
- Now roll out few balls from the prepared dough.
- Once the chapatis get the perfect round shape, spread prepared stuffing all over the chapati and roll it.
- Once rolling process completed cut them in small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, place small pieces one by one and shallow fry both the sides.
